I have checked server, error and console log when login and nothing is throught out there.

I have configured LDAP access following this guide: http://doc.nuxeo.com/display/ADMINDOC/Using+a+LDAP+directory

and I can log with LDAP users, but as Admin I want to explore users and groups, however I get no results when query.

Am I skipping any step?

Hi,

Users and groups mappings with the LDAP are separately managed (two different configurations).
When you search for a user (from the users and groups admin page), the LDAP is queried. If it doesn't work, then you must have some issue in your LDAP configuration. Check the debug information and server logs.
