Dear all,

We are using ClearTrust / RSA Access Manager to authenticate users against Nuxeo LTS 2019.

When the ClearTrust / RSA Access Manager session expires, users are not automatically redirected to the authentication page, but are presented with error messages such as:

• The document couldn't be loaded
• document.type is undefined
• response.entries is undefined

What are we doing wrong ? I believe the ClearTrust plugin is configured with this XML file:

How could we tell the ClearTrust plugin to handle end of sessions gracefully and properly redirect users to the authentication page ?
