Why am I not allowed to create Jira tickets for Nuxeo Studio?
I just registered for your Jira to create a ticket for Nuxeo Studio; unfortunately this project does not appear in the project list on the create dialog (in contrast to most others).
If you wish to report a Studio bug, please use the support helpdesk to create tickets. The support team will be able to escalate issues if required to the Studio team.
For cases where there is no support contract, a link “Request Help” is also available in the Studio top banner. I hope I have answered your question, don't hesitate to ask otherwise.
