Hi Julien,

What do you want to see just after logging in ? Some specific folders related to the platform use or something more user centric, related to what you did recently in the platform ? Thanks

Hello, thank you for your answer. I simply want to redirect to a specific folder, same for everybody.

In the worst case, an error message "You don't have the necessary permission to do the requested action" could appear, but I don't care (the folder where I want to redirect is available to everybody)

I would like the starting page to be :

nuxeo/nxpath/default/default-domain/workspaces/[project name]/6.2

Hi,

You cannot do that using only Studio: there are some redirections logics depending on the user, rights, etc… and this is all managed by custom code in Seam components.

There is an incomplete documentation about it here: http://doc.nuxeo.com/x/xQQz, i'll try to find the time to update it soon if you need more info.

Thank you Anahide, I saw your page before, but it seemed quite difficult for me… In fact, my issue is that when a user log in, he's redirected to his Home Page, and when he clicks on "Document Management", nothing happends : he's stuck on the Home page

I'm quite suprised, because it did not act like this before. If you have any idea…

Thank you for your quick answer anyway

In fact, with the EXACT same configuration (access rights / Studio jar deployed), I have 2 different behaviours on 2 servers :

  • in the first one, the "welcome page" is Default domain (which is what I want)

  • in the second one, the welcome page is the Home, and when I click on Document Management, nothing happend (this is what I don't want)

I don't understand..

Hi, Julien,

I got the same problem before but then I realized that the user did not have sufficient right to the Default Domain. Please check that and make sure he or she has at least Read to Default Domain.

Best,

Bing

hello Bing, yep, I checked this parameter, but everything is ok :(

I'm still scratching my head…
