Dashboard error 401

Hello

in my Nuxeo Dashboard I have in all plugins “No data received from server: 401 Error”

How to solve this problem ?

Hi,

Do you have use the nuxeo.conf parameters by default? You can take a look at this parameter: nuxeo.url.

I saw another ticket about this problem: http://answers.nuxeo.com/questions/3326/http-status-401-malformed-security-token, maybe it can help.

Do you have any log in your console?

Thanks for your answer. I also saw the other ticket but it doesn't work.

In the nuxeo.conf, I have our URL in the parameter nuxeo.url (our_nuxeo_url.com:8080/nuxeo)

I don't understand why it doesn't work …

Are you sure, you don't have any log? (location: nuxeo/log/server.log)

Yes, I have an error : OAuth error [null, null] for application http://127.0.0.1:8080/nuxeo/site/gadgets/tasks/tasks.xml. Request trace: I don't understant why the URL is 127.0.0.1 because in my nuxeo.conf it's the good url. Are there others conf files ?

Can you test if you can reach http://127.0.0.1:8080/nuxeo/site/gadgets/tasks/tasks.xml?

Do you have set nuxeo.loopback.url in nuxeo.conf?

I think there is no other conf files…

No I don't have a parameter with nuxeo.loopback.url in my nuxeo.conf.

I write this line in my nuxeo.conf, and now I have an error 403 "No data received from server: 403 Error" :S

Another error : In Admin Center, in tab Activity Graph "Recent repository events", I have an error 401 instead of graph. I think there are really configuration problem, but where ?

Désolée mais je vais répondre en français …

Nous avons fait des tests directement sur notre serveur Nuxeo. On atteint bien l'adresse http://127.0.0.1:8080/nuxeo/site/gadgets/tasks/tasks.xml. Lorsqu'on veut atteindre une adresse d'un widget (/nuxeo/site/automation/Counters.GET?ts=13581795577819.979589818045497), un popup s'ouvre pour se connecter (que l'on soit ou non déjà connecté à Nuxeo). Et lorsqu'on renseigne ses identifiants, une page s'affiche.

Est-ce que ça ne serait pas plutôt un problème de connexion entre le serveur et les widgets ? Dans ce cas, que doit-on faire pour que cela fonctionne ?
