Hi,

I've setup the Nuxeo SDK and am exploring its features. When it is setup, it uses a H2/Derby databse by default. How do I switch to Postgres properly? I tried changing it to Postgres, with the correct database settings. However, when I restarted the server, it complained that some schemas were missing.
