Hi, There is no simple solution to change the display of simple tasks created with the operation “create task”. The only way would be to override the widget to create your own (to remove the reject button) and importe it in Studio ressources: single task widget template

The simplest solution is probably to create a very simple workflow and start it from a button (using Start workflow operation).
