How can I get a log of all downloads?
As the administrator of our document management site, I would like to have a daily log of all documents downloaded, showing the username and time of the download. Preferably this would be sent to me via email. Is this possible?

There is no built-in component AFAIK to be able to meet this requirement. However, you could write you our plugin to do exactly this, perhaps modelling it after the Nuxeo Event logging component and then adding your own custom reporting code (that could be fired on a timed event to produce a daily report at a specified time).
