delete archived files
Is there a simple way in nuxeo to delete all archieved files? or to limit the archive number per file?

Not in the default Nuxeo.
Delete of all archived files can easily be added using the standard APIs. The limitation can be added using a listener that does the appropriate thing when an extra version is created. In both cases you have to know how to develop a Nuxeo plugin.
