Hi every one !

This should be a simple question but I can't figure out how to do it :

I've created a layout in order to edit my document informations and I've created a tab in which I display this layout in edition mode. All is fine.

I've added a “Form action” widget with the “Document Edition Form” category which should allow me to save the values I've entered in each field but it doesn't :

the 'Save' button is present but when I click it, it refresh the page without saving anything.

I've seen that I can add a surrounding form around my layout and around my form action widget. I did but it doesn't change anything.

please what am I missing here ?
