Issue with Publication tab

I feel like there's an issue with the last Studio release and the Publication tab : it is now completely empty

One of my co-worker, with another project, has the same issue

There is no defined sections in “Sections de publication” ??? Il me semble que si aucune section n'est définie, la publication n'est pas possible.
