How to report a bug

Hi people,

I have noticed a bug in Nuxeo 7.10 which was present since the first release : Nuxeo 7.10 HF00.

This bug has already been corrected in Nuxeo 5.8 but reappeared in Nuxeo 7.10. https://jira.nuxeo.com/browse/NXP-15291

So I want to report it in hope it be corrected. where and how can I report it ?

I already went to https://jira.nuxeo.com but I didn't found how to do.
