Does LiveEdit work with Word 2010?
We have one user who has switched to Word 2010 and she gets an error clicking on LiveEdit in the browser if Word is not already open. It basically says “xxxtmp.tmp file not found” (not the exact words but basically, it cannot find the temp file created by the LiveEdit downloader.

Hello,
We made it works great with Office 2010 (32 bits edition) without any problem. Refer to our compatibility table.
I think your user may not have updated his LiveEdit installation. Be sure to delete the whole installation folder after uninstalling it in case of some files stay there. (The temp file creation is handled by the protocol handler part of LiveEdit)
