Does meta data handle accent marks for French, Spanish, Swedish, etc. For images on server that will be viewed via web.

Answer: Yes. Nuxeo metadata filled by the user and stored on the asset are stored using UTF-8 (if the database is correctly configured) and accent marks are correctly displayed.
