I have tried both a Windows EXE installation, as well as an archive installation, of Nuxeo 8.3; In both cases I get “Unable to fetch remote packages list: Connect server refused authentication (returned 401)“.

The environment is a fresh VM, on which Windows 7 64bit is installed.

Could anyone please advise on how to resolve the issue ?
