I have the Nuxeo Platform in the fasttrack editon on an Ubuntu server 16.04.3 LTS since a year. I have no access to Nuxeo Studio. Everything works fine.
Yesterday I wanted to update the system (“apt update; apt dist-upgrade”) and the nuxeo package was in the list of upgradeable items.
But the configuration step of the packages resulted in an error with the following output:

In your case, I suspect that the issue is not related with Debian. You may be using an obsolete CLID, raising the above error messages, but something else is happening on server start or configuration. Could you paste the output of
nuxeoctl showconf? Which version are you upgrading from? Not all of the Nuxeo Package that you were using are available anymore. You may have to uninstall them before upgrade.
